เราไม่เก็บตำแหน่งที่ตั้ง ข้อมูลการชำระเงิน หรือใช้ตัวระบุเพื่อการโฆษณา และไม่มี SDK วิเคราะห์/โฆษณาจากบุคคลที่สามในแอป
ข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาจากการใช้งานแอปโดยตรง: ข้อความที่พิมพ์ ภาพหน้ากระดาษและลายมือที่เขียนในแอป เสียงที่อัดผ่านไมโครโฟน (เมื่อกดปุ่มไมค์เท่านั้น) และไฟล์ที่ผู้ใช้เลือกอัปโหลดเอง ไม่มีการเก็บข้อมูลเบื้องหลังหรือจากแหล่งภายนอก
เฉพาะผู้ให้บริการที่ประมวลผลฟีเจอร์ AI ที่ถูกเรียกใช้งานจริงเท่านั้น: Anthropic (แชทติวเตอร์ ตรวจงาน สร้างแบบฝึกหัด) และ ElevenLabs (แปลงเสียงเป็นข้อความ/ข้อความเป็นเสียง) สิ่งที่ส่งไปคือข้อความที่พิมพ์หรือพูด ภาพหน้ากระดาษ/ลายมือที่ขอให้ AI ตรวจ และชื่อกับผลการเรียนของนักเรียนเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการติวแบบเฉพาะตัว แอปจะอธิบายเรื่องนี้และขอความยินยอมในแอปก่อนเปิดใช้ฟีเจอร์ AI ครั้งแรก ผู้ให้บริการทั้งสองประมวลผลข้อมูลภายใต้ข้อตกลง API เชิงพาณิชย์ของตน เพื่อให้บริการฟีเจอร์นั้นแก่เราเท่านั้น ซึ่งให้การคุ้มครองข้อมูลในระดับเดียวกับนโยบายนี้ เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่นำไปใช้เพื่อโฆษณา
ข้อมูลบัญชี ผลการทำแบบฝึกหัด/ข้อสอบ ไฟล์ที่อัปโหลด และประวัติแชท จะถูกเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ ปัจจุบันระบบยังไม่มีการลบข้อมูลอัตโนมัติ (ยกเว้นโทเคนสำหรับกู้คืนรหัสผ่านซึ่งหมดอายุใน 1 ชั่วโมง)
แอปนี้ใช้งานโดยนักเรียนระดับประถมศึกษาภายใต้การดูแลของโรงเรียน การขอความยินยอมสำหรับการประมวลผล ข้อมูลของนักเรียนเป็นความรับผิดชอบของโรงเรียนที่ใช้งานแอป ซึ่งดำเนินการผ่านกระบวนการรับสมัคร/ข้อตกลง กับผู้ปกครองของแต่ละโรงเรียนเอง

Mango (the "App") is operated by Vandertech Company Limited. This policy covers students, teachers, parents, and administrators using the App.
Name, class/grade, exercise and exam answers (including images of handwriting drawn on pages in the App), uploaded worksheets and books, AI chat messages, and voice audio (recorded only while the mic button is pressed, processed for speech-to-text, not retained as audio afterward). All data comes directly from use of the App; nothing is collected in the background or from outside sources. We do not collect precise location or payment information, and there are no advertising/tracking SDKs in the App.
Anthropic and ElevenLabs, solely to process the specific AI feature in use (tutor chat, marking, exercise generation, voice transcription and speech). What is sent: the text you type or speak, images of the page or handwriting you ask the AI to mark, and the student's first name and study progress as needed for personalized tutoring. The App explains this and asks for the user's permission in the App before AI features are first used. Both providers process this data under their commercial API terms solely to provide the feature to us, with protections equal to this policy. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Account data, exercise/exam records, uploaded materials, and chat logs are retained for as long as the account is active. There is currently no automated deletion process, other than password-reset tokens, which expire after 1 hour.
The App is used by primary-school students under a school's supervision. Obtaining consent for processing student data is the responsibility of the school operating the App, through its own enrollment/parental agreement process.
